We here at Celebrate the Web can't believe that San Diego Comic Con is just around the corner! The panel and mixer event that we put on last year was such a success in bringing scifi / fantasy web series talent together, but this year we want a less formal celebration of ALL New Media individuals attending the convention, so in lieu of panels, we are excited to announce that we have organized a New Media Meetup on Thursday July 21st, from 5:30-8 at the Bristol Hotel. The day is upon us: on Tuesday March 29th, 2011, we will be screening the amazing results of the hard work of 13 teams of creators as they endeavored to make a web series pilot in just 7 days! Some of you may have noticed that the advance tickets are SOLD OUT! Thank you so much for your outpouring of support, we can't wait to show the pilots in a packed house!
